WIC- (Women Infant and Children)   is program that is designated to safeguard the health women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk. This mission is carried out by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, nutrition education (including breastfeeding promotion and support).

Starting Point is a resource and referral agency that is geared towards help parent find childcare and alternative ways to assist in childcare payments.

 Moms First is a City of Cleveland program that offers case management and home visiting services to pregnant moms until their baby reaches age two.

 CJFS promotes economic self-sufficiency and personal responsibility for families and individuals by providing access to jobs, benefits, and community services. Staff determine eligibility for a range of quality services that include Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Prevention, Retention, and Contingency (PRC), Child Care Assistance, and Workforce Programs, in accordance with Federal, State, and County regulations.

 The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program that provides eligible Ohioans assistance with their home energy bills. This one-time benefit is applied directly to the customer’s utility bill or bulk fuel bill.
